The Master bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom has a Queen, and the third bedroom has two twins. All bedrooms, hallways, Living/Dining rooms have the original, refinished hardwood floors. The remodeled bathrooms, remodeled kitchen, and exposed-beam Family room are all beautifully tiled. The family room has five sliding glass doors, four of which lead to the Grapevine-Covered Pergola with a full view of the pool and lush vegetation.This residential community has much to offer within the city and it's location within Los Angeles County affords you the ability to visit the beach and go skiing on the same day if you desire. It is perfect for families, retirees, singles, or couples.Your vacation house is beautifully furnished and arranged to allow you and your whole party many spots to sit and relax. The Dining/Living room with a fireplace, the exposed beam Family Room, the patio area with outdoor fan and a with a windowed wall leading to the grapevine covered pergola, the kitchen island, or just sunning around the pool. If you want privacy, each room has a TV and DVD player so you can escape it all. The Family has a 42" plasma flat-screen and the bedrooms have 20" LCD flat-screen TVs. Your fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and a breakfast bar/island with a built-in refrigerator with ice cold water dispenser to quench your thirst.
