POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.
Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cabin Rates:
Summer Season Rates: Friday before Memorial Day to Labor Day. . weekly rentals only and Rates are, $1100/Week for 2 people, $1325/Week for 3 - 5 people, with 7 nights minimum, Saturday - Saturday.
Off Season Rates: Labor Day to the Thursday before Memorial Day. Off Season Rates are nightly , $105/Night for 2 people, $120/Night for 3 - 5 people, 2 nights minimum.
Cabin deposits for summer season: $300 small 1 bedroom cabins & studio; $500 all other cabins. Maximum occupancy, as shown, will be enforced. Sorry, no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 60 or more days prior to arrival will result in a refund of your deposit less 50%. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation received less than 59 days prior to your arrival will result in the loss of the entire cabin rental.
Our goal is to maintain a family atmosphere, which we have done by confining use of the resort to registered guests only, and remembering that after 10:00 p.m. all activities are to be quiet ones. There is a charge of $12.00 per day for your pet. Pets are to be kept on a leash and not left unattended in your cabin or on your deck. Any excessive cleaning required after your departure of pet hair, urine etc. will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $25.00 per hour. Any damaged items will be charged at replacement costs.
