POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are in US dollars We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Cleaning fee of 75.00 and 10% tax in addition to the nightly rental fee. A 50% deposit is required to hold a date, and the balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 100.00 For cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival you forfeit your deposit. Travel insurance is advised.
