The superbly arranged living room of this pet friendly San Diego vacation condo features exquisite details and includes facilities such as flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, stereo and CD/stereo to cater to the entertainment needs of the entire family. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook and savor homemade food. The patio and terrace at our San Diego oceanfront condo offers excellent views of landscape and cityscape. You can relax here or splash in the private hot tub on the deck, while praising the panoramic outside views. Being located close to the beach, it gives you an option to enjoy numerous water sports such as sailing, Jet skiing, water skiing, windsurfing and kayaking.

Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.Full payment of verified funds must be made on or before arrival. Rates reflect a 3% discount for cash, cashiers check, or money order. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover accepted. Personal checks will only be accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival date. This property rents for $4200/mth on a 9 mth lease from September through May and is currently available September 2009 through May 2010. A deposit of $500 is required to secure selected dates. A 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax is required by the City of San Diego for rentals of less than one month. Credit card required for Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy: All deposits are refunded if we receive notification of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, less a $100 handling fee and credit card processing fees, if applicable. If notice is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented. Non-payment or Insufficient Funds are regarded as cancellations. Refunds will be based on the percent of your reserved stay that is re-rented.

Rules: Rentals Run weekly in the summer from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and Check-out at 10:00 AM.
