One king-size bed, two queen-size beds, two queen-size futons, and one sofa couch provide ample sleeping space for up to 12 people in this 4 bedroom rental home in Mendocino. The magnificent master bedroom suite comes with an awesome view of the ocean including the Port Cabrillo Lighthouse. Separated from the main bedroom by a remote control operated gas fireplace, our bath includes sandblasted, custom-made, glass countertops and shower. The living room hosts a satellite TV, DVD player and stereo. Gourmet meals can be prepared in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art chef's kitchen. For hosting some sizzling cookouts, there is a barbecue as well. Our Mendocino vacation home rental features an outdoor hot tub and a game room consisting of ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and darts. You can also challenge your friends in basketball, croquet or bocce ball game just outside. We are just five minutes south of Fort Bragg and five minutes north of the Mendocino Village. Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 50% is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, or credit cards are accepted forms of payment A damage deposit of $250 ($500 for pets) will be returned within 20 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, unless we are able to rent the home for the entire period. Travel Insurance is advised.
