Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Rates: $3,000 - $6,000 per week. 10.5% state rental tax plus $300 cleaning fee. $500 Security deposit required if paying with cash or check. 50% deposite due upon booking. Balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
