There is an attached shared bathroom as well, well fitted with spa bath/jetted tub and showers.The living room on the main floor of this La Jolla home rental has a cozy interior with wood burning fireplace, private deck and balcony. You can entertain yourselves with the TV, DVD player, VCR, and wireless Internet available in the living area. Adjacent to the dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the modem appliances to facilitate cooking. On the lower level there is a "nanny room" having queen pull out sofa and mini kitchenette as well as the second bathroom and third bedroom. This lower level has a separate entrance from the main level. Parking and telephone facilities are also available here.Your kids can enjoy video games in our child friendly La Jolla home, which has a nicely landscaped private and gated huge yard (3,000 square feet). It also includes a kid’s swing, a playhouse, and a large grassy area, perfect to have fun in the sun. You can also enjoy great restaurants, shopping, art galleries, surfing, tide pools, or just relaxing on any La Jolla beautiful beach. Hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming are popular vacationer’s pastime in the area.
