The exterior includes a patio area on the rooftop with built in barbecue for relaxing and a 1 car garaged parking space for a small car.Laundry facilities are in the garage and shared with the lower unit. The property is located 3 blocks to the ocean and is also conveniently located across the street from the Albertson's shopping center containing a grocery story and a variety of food places and bike rental shop. Additional restaurants, shops and attractions of Newport Beach are located within walking distance of the property. Nearby beach towns and numerous Southern California attractions are located within close driving distance.
