Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: 1.Full paymenr due 90 days prior to occupancy. 2.No refund of deposit and forfiture of one half rent ($1,475.00) if cancelled after 90 days prior to occupancy. 3.Full refund of deposit if cancelled 90 days prior to intended occupancy.
