Our air-conditioned, 1 king,1 queen and a double bedroom house rental Palm Springs can comfortably accommodate up to six vacationers. The well furnished bedrooms include three queen-size beds. The bathrooms are outfitted with modern amenities to add maximum comfort and convenience to your stay. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight and there are superb provisions for barbequing as well. The patio of this Palm Springs vacation rental home is perfect for lounging with your favored brews and beverages. For your entertainment, there is a TV with DVD and CD/Stereo players. Internet is also there for you to catch up with your emails or surf the web. Our Palm Springs vacation home also has a private swimming pool and spa for you to revel in. There is a fireplace to snuggle up to during chilly evenings. Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. Monthly Guests to Pay Gas & Elec directly. All other Fees are paid by Owner. Utilites Weekly pay $ 175. to heat Pool and Spa & Daily $45 per day. Rental on Daily Basis is a Minimum of 2 days. Deposit: $ 1,500. Cleaning Fee: $ 150. Cleaning Fee. Payment in full 60 days prior to arrival date. Nov. 1st to May 1st: $ 4,400 per month Plus Elec. & Gas. May 1st to November 1st: $ 3,800 per month Plus Elec. & Gas. Utility Charges(Gas or Electric) to be deducted from Security Deposits on Departure. Reservation Deposit $2,000 for 2 month rental, converts to Refundable Security Deposit. Weekly Deposit: Reservation Deposit $ 1,000. converts to Refundable Security Deposit. Tax(11.5%).

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to rental period & Owner is unable to rent hom for entire rental period, than a 50% cancellation fee applies to total rental fee. If cancellation is less than 60 days and Owner is unable to rent hom than a 100% cancellation fee applies to total rental fees. If Home is rented for a portion of the time cancelled, Owner agrees to prorate that amount for Guest that Canceled.
